Mallow!

Took today off to go see Vanessa's recital -- precursor to the NATS competition on Friday. She did great as usual, even though she was really nervous. One guy was so nervous, he forgot the second half of his last song and walked of the stage crying..... O_o ..

It was great hanging out with Vanessa and her family. Afterward we went to this restaurant in San Juan, where they thought wallpaper that looked like crumbling plaster on brick walls was acceptable decor.

Mallow, Baby! Marsh... mallow. It was totally sharky complete.

I swear, Vanessa's cousins are so hilarious. I had to pick up Sal at the high school and Matt joined us later. After dinner at that horrid place (I'm sure I'm not the only one who had to take an Immodium), Matt was 'burning holes' in the 'dogpound' of the Envoy.... Needless to say, it was nice to have a little fresh air when I got home.
