..stupid ideals..

Happy Easter to all the Christian types out there. Happy Spring time to all you Pagan types out there.

I, being the stupid idiot that I am, went out and got my scalp all sunburned... Now it's peeling and everyone thinks I have exema or dandruff.

Easter was good. It all took place at my house. BTW, I now have another roommate. My sister Julie moved in after she had it out with her fiance's mom. The two cannot live under one roof, so she moved in with me and my other sister. Now all three of us are together. We had bbq and an egg hunt, with gag prizes in the shells... I got a piece of Scotch tape with hair in it and my dad got a ball of hair from the hairbrush, and a live chinch bug.

I also snagged the prize egg, which was fortunately like 4 or 5 bucks. Purdy good.

So last night was pretty weird. My sister has been noticing the amount of stress I've been under for the past couple of weeks and decided it was *high* time I get my mind off things and relax. So she broke out an herbal refreshment. Scouts honor, that was the first time I'd ever done it. Sure it was fun... not the most awesome thing in the world... but it was fun. We all had a good time. After a while, we went back inside and I just started taking a ton of pictures. We put on the first Ninja Turtles movie, and there were a lot of things in there that I'd never noticed.

Anyway, I had a good time. But like alcohol and cigarettes, it'll be an occasional thing.

Today, I got an e-mail from my cousin Jason. I rarely hear from him... we used to be really close, but after he moved up to north Texas, he and I sorta lost touch. We now only see each other during family get-togethers ... I think I last saw him around Christmas. He said he's forming a company with his step-brother, and he's really interested in the work I do. That'd be cool to get to work with him. Of course, that'd mean I'd also get to move up north... I think he's in Plano, which is very close to the DFW area.

God willing. Huh.
