..stupid ideals..

Wow, it's really been forever since I posted here huh? WELL, it ain't easy keepin' up with TWO journals. But I try ;)

It's now 23 days until I leave for Comic-Con... I can't wait. I honestly have the most fun at those things! I love meeting up with friends that I only have the privelege of seeing once a year. I love the look and feel of Southern California. It's just sooo cool! (temperature wise too... you know it was 90 degrees here at 2 am this morning??!!) Anyway, it'll be really fun this time around because I'm spending NINE days there! Yup NINE!! ... I'll prolly be sleeping in the street for a few days, but over a week away from the hold that is south texas... WOOOO!!!

I've also got another trip planned for next week. I'm heading up to Dallas for my friends wedding... that's IF i'm invited... can you believe that I still haven't gotten an invitation??? I'll be really hurt if I really wasn't invited. :(

Well, work is as usual... very frustrating yet horribly dull. I am totally ready for a vacation. My two days off a week just don't cut it anymore and I find myself intolerable of my co-workers. Well, honestly it isn't my fault they are annoying. Just because they have to come up to the printer that's at my station EVERY TWO MINUTES, doesn't mean that they HAVE to make some witty comment or ask me what's up... or the most evil thing of all... READ ALOUD WHAT IS ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN!!! Grrrr... very upsetting. It doesn't help that I'm always stressed because of the daily work my new house takes.

On the upside, that house is finally showing improvement. Most of the painting is done, The floors are well on their way to being perfect, and hopefully I'll have my new kitchen cabinets in by next week. Unfortunately, since my current lease isn't up until August, I have to stay another month at my apartment... which means I have to pay rent for another month! >:(
